By accessing or using AgentSyndicate services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

AgentSyndicate provides AI-powered operations teams on a subscription basis. Services are customized to each client and defined in individual service agreements.

Eligibility

Our services are available by application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during application and onboarding
• Grant necessary access to tools and systems
• Respond to team communications in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is customized per engagement. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose client names, workflows, or data without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All outputs created for you belong to you. Our underlying technology and methods remain our proprietary intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
